Please be aware that booking one room does not mean you have sole use of the building, other users may be onsite and using other facilities.
You will be able to see existing bookings for the Cricket and Football pitches, but that does not mean these people will be using any part of the village hall.
Main hall late night charges 1230-1am £10
1am onwards £15 per 30 mins
Bar fees
There is a minimum spend of £25 an hour for us to open the bar. If your guests do not spend an average of £25 per hour, then there is a charge of £25 per hour.
To make a booking at Eastrington Village Hall:
Read the documents: Terms and Conditions of Hire.and the guidance below.
Go to the calendar of bookings page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.
A deposit will be requested to confirm your booking, this is non-refundable.

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Hall.
Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clear up after your event. You will only have access to the hall for the times you have booked. Emergency opening up and late leaving each incur a £20 additional fee.
Please note that the stage lights in the main hall belong to the Eastrington Players, they require specialist hardware to control them and are not available for use by other groups.
If you are using the round tables, we recommend that you hire tablecloths as the tops are unvarnished wood. Tables cloths can be hired from the village hall at a cost of £5 each, to cover cleaning. If you would like to hire tables cloths or chair covers please add this to the notes field of the booking form.
Please advise if you intend to use a bouncy castle as we will require you to sign a disclaimer for insurance purposes. This can be downloaded from the bottom of this page. We also need to see a copy of the Bouncy Castle providers insuranceThere is a £1 surcharge to the hourly rate of the booking for every bouncy castle after the first one.
If you would like us to open the bar, please add this to the notes field of the booking form. Our event planner will be in touch closer to the event to discuss requirements.
Booking the Village Hall does not automatically give you the right to use the Playing Fields. If you wish to use the Playing Fields, please contact the Playing Field Committee for permission and rules.
If you wish to use metallic table confetti, please dispose of it in the bins provided. This type of confetti is very difficult to pick up of the floor and extra cleaning charges may be incurred if left on the floor inside or outside the hall. Please do not shake table cloths outside.
